• freshbells.in may delay notifying the payment confirmation, if freshbells.in deems suspicious or for Users conducting high transaction volumes to ensure safety of the Transaction and Transaction Price. In addition, freshbells.in may hold the service and may not provide service at the request of law enforcement officials or in the event the user is engaged in any form of illegal activity.
• The user acknowledges that freshbells.in will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction / Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction / Transaction Price which is beyond control of freshbells.in.

In the event of cash on delivery available on orders, payments have to be made at the time of delivery to our delivery person. However, the Products shall be handed over to you by our delivery person only upon receiving the full and complete payment regarding your order(s).

• However, your orders shall be delivered on the next available slot or as specified by customer.

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
