At Fresh Bells, every order is packed carefully and we make sure that the customers receive nothing but the best produce available. Still, it is advised that customers check their orders immediately upon delivery, for any damages, order misplacement, product misplacement and confirm the expiry date of the packaged products. In case a customer receives a product that is not up to the mark, we advise them to go through our Return Policy. This will create transparency between the customers and Fresh Bells, ultimately leading to a hassle-free Return & Refund procedure.
Once you are booked and paid the amount, we do not encourage cancellation from user end. Still users can cancel their order if they wish to do so, within 4 hours after the order, but should be 24 hours prior to delivery and after contacting our customer care phone number with approval as mentioned in the website.
In case a customer receives a packaged product, which is wrong product or expired product or a product that has been damaged, tampered with packaging or missing items: all such items must be returned in their original packaging with the tags and invoice intact and an image proof is to be attached with the complaint which clearly depicts the reason of return. Customers should return the product or report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Fresh Bells will examine the complaint received and if eligible for refund, it will be processed within 5-6 business days from our side and the amount will be credited in your account.
